Topper's Rhum Distillery & Restaurant

A family-run distillery in a waterfront building on Simpson Bay Lagoon, producing Sint Maarten's own line of flavoured rhums. Guided tours run several times a day and finish with tastings, and the site also holds a gift shop, gelato counter and the long-standing Topper's restaurant and bar, a local favourite for well over fifteen years. It is one of the few places on the island where visitors can see a spirit made from start to finish.
