Cupecoy Beach

Beach · Lowlands (Cupecoy), Sint Maarten

A string of small sandy coves framed by low sandstone cliffs near the western end of the Dutch side. Wave action constantly reshapes the sand, so the beach looks a little different from one visit to the next, and the caves and rock formations glow at sunset. Its dramatic cliff-backed setting makes it a favourite for evening strolls and photography.
