The visitor centre of the world's largest premium rum distillery, set across the bay from Old San Juan in Cataño and easily reached by ferry. Guided experiences walk through the Bacardí family's history since 1862, the rum-making process, and end with tastings or a mixology class beneath the landmark mid-century pavilion nicknamed the Cathedral of Rum. Experiences are designed for adult visitors, and booking ahead is recommended.
