A treehouse-style restaurant set into the hillside above Sandy Ground, opened in 2007 by chef Carrie Bogar and her husband Jerry after they moved their family to Anguilla. The open-air dining room serves a much-praised 'cuisine of the sun' menu drawing on spice routes from the Caribbean and beyond. Nearly two decades on, it is firmly established among the island's most respected kitchens.
