A looping rainforest trail in the upper Buccament Valley that climbs through mature forest to a lookout over the parrot reserve. It is the most reliable place to try to spot the endemic Saint Vincent parrot in the wild, especially early in the morning, and interpretive stops explain the forest along the way. The walk is moderate, shaded and popular with birders and families alike.
