Little Water Cay (Iguana Island)

A small protected cay just off Leeward, Providenciales, that serves as a sanctuary for the rare Turks and Caicos rock iguana. Boardwalk trails and a visitor centre let you watch the iguanas basking a few feet away without disturbing them, and the reserve is managed by the Turks and Caicos National Trust. Most visitors arrive by short boat trip or kayak, often paired with a stop at neighbouring Half Moon Bay.
