Conch Bar Caves

Parks & Nature · Middle Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands

A limestone karst network on Middle Caicos, the largest dry cave system in the island chain the Turks and Caicos share with the Bahamas, filled with stalactites, stalagmites, columns and still tidal pools. Guided walks by torchlight pass roosting bats and markings left by 1880s guano miners, and typically last under an hour. The site is a national park looked after by the Turks and Caicos National Trust.
