A Surinamese institution for Hindustani roti, tracing its recipes to the Roopram family's kitchen in 1967. The soft, flaky roti come wrapped around curried chicken, duck or vegetables, with fresh bara snacks on the side, served fast and without fuss. Several branches operate across Paramaribo, and the formula has even travelled to the Netherlands.
