A restaurant and cafe set inside Paramaribo's old weigh house on the Waterkant, one of the few brick buildings to survive from the colonial waterfront. Goods arriving in the colony were once weighed and taxed here; today the 1824 landmark serves meals and drinks with a terrace facing the Suriname River. Its riverside setting makes it a pleasant pause along the historic quay.
