Rendezvous Bay Beach

Montserrat's only white-sand beach lies in a sheltered cove at the island's far northern tip, with no road access — visitors arrive by boat or kayak from Little Bay, or walk the steep 1.3-mile trail over the saddle, roughly two hours there and back. Clear, calm water over a lively reef makes this one of the island's best snorkelling spots. There are no facilities and little shade, so bring water and sun protection; on many days you will have the whole bay to yourself.
