Distillerie Depaz

A working rhum agricole distillery set in cane fields on the slopes of Mount Pelée, rebuilt by Victor Depaz after the 1902 eruption destroyed the original estate. A self-guided route passes the steam-era machinery and working production areas, with the elegant Château Depaz plantation house above and views down to the Caribbean. Tastings and a shop round off the visit.
