The island's working rum distillery in the Roseau Valley, home of Chairman's Reserve and Bounty rums. The Rhythm of Rum tour leads visitors from a recreated ship's hold through copper stills, fermentation vats and ageing barrels, finishing with a guided tasting at the boutique. It has long been a favourite cultural stop between Castries and the west-coast beaches.
