The open-air restaurant at Ladera, perched on a ridge high above the sea with a straight-on view of both Pitons and the bay between them. The kitchen builds its menus around island produce and refined takes on Creole cooking, and the terrace at sunset has long drawn diners from across the island for the view alone. It is one of Saint Lucia's most established special-occasion tables.
