An open-air waterfront restaurant at the southern end of the Seven Mile Beach corridor, serving seafood and Caribbean-continental dishes on decks built out over the water. Its evening tarpon feeding, when big silver fish swirl beneath the boardwalk lights, has been a Cayman ritual for decades.
