A string of shallow sandbars in Grand Cayman's North Sound where dozens of wild southern stingrays glide around visitors standing in waist-deep water. Generations of fishermen cleaning their catch here accustomed the rays to people, and boat tours now visit daily with guides who show how to interact gently and respectfully. It is the islands' most famous experience, reached by a short boat ride from shore.
