This George Town distillery has hand-crafted small-batch spirits since 2008, including its flagship Seven Fathoms rum, famously aged in barrels suspended beneath the sea. Tours walk visitors past the copper stills and through the underwater-ageing story before finishing with a guided tasting in the tasting room. It makes an easy, genuinely local stop on the edge of the capital.
