Salto El Limón

A waterfall of about 40 metres hidden in the green hills of the Samaná Peninsula, reached by a horseback or hiking trail from the village of El Limón. The route crosses streams and cacao and coffee plots before the falls appear, pouring into a natural pool where visitors can swim. Allow half a day for the round trip.
