Los Tres Ojos National Park
Parks & Nature · Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
A set of open-air limestone caves on the east side of Santo Domingo holding three — plus a hidden fourth — strikingly blue underground lakes. Stone stairways lead down into the cool caverns, and a hand-pulled raft ferries visitors across to the fourth lake in its open sinkhole. It is an easy half-day stop that pairs well with the Colonial City.
