A Gazcue restaurant styled after a Dominican countryside conuco, complete with thatch, rustic wood and live merengue and folk dancing at meal times. Since 1991 it has served the classics — la bandera lunch, sancocho, stewed goat, tres leches — to local families and curious travellers alike. It opens daily from midday until midnight.
