Shallow salt flats on the old Jan Kok plantation where a resident flock of Caribbean flamingos feeds most days, often close enough to watch well from the roadside. The viewing spots along the Sint Willibrordus road are free and unfenced, making this one of the easiest wildlife encounters on the island. Early morning and late afternoon give the best light and the most birds.
