Willemstad's old market hall on De Ruyterkade, where a handful of local cooks serve traditional krioyo food from open kitchens at long shared picnic tables. Expect stewed goat, fresh snapper, funchi cornmeal and, for the adventurous, kadushi cactus soup, all cooked fresh for the lunchtime crowd. Eating shoulder to shoulder with office workers and market vendors is half the experience.
