A 19th-century country mansion where the Senior family has distilled the original Curaçao liqueur from the peel of the native laraha orange since 1896. Weekday tours walk through the working distillery and its copper stills, ending with tastings of the famous blue liqueur and its lesser-known colours. The hacienda-style house and courtyard are worth the visit even before the first sip.
