Curaçao's largest nature reserve, spread over former plantation land around 372-metre Christoffelberg, the island's highest peak. Eight hiking trails and driving routes wind through cactus scrub where rare white-tailed deer and many bird species live, and the summit climb rewards early starters with views across the whole island. The historic Savonet Museum at the entrance tells the plantation's story.
