A tiny Caye Caulker breakfast institution famous across Belize for one thing done perfectly: fry jacks, the country's puffy fried-dough classic, stuffed to order with eggs, beans, cheese, chicken or ham. Islanders and travellers queue at the street-side window from early morning and eat on nearby benches. It is the quintessential cheap-and-cheerful Belizean breakfast stop.
