A colourful, much-loved fish house tucked into a residential street of St. John's, Papa Zouk has been serving creole-style seafood since 2000. The daily catch — snapper, mahi and, in season, lobster and conch — comes with a convivial rum-shack atmosphere and a collection of more than 250 rums behind the bar, the largest in Antigua and Barbuda. It is small and deservedly popular, so booking ahead is wise.
