Cathedral of St. John the Divine
Things to do · Antigua, Antigua and Barbuda
The twin baroque towers of this Anglican cathedral have defined the St. John's skyline since the 1840s, when the church was rebuilt in stone with an earthquake-resistant pitch-pine interior. After a long restoration it once again holds regular services and welcomes visitors to admire its woodwork, memorials and hilltop setting above the capital. It is the most prominent landmark in the city and an easy walk from the cruise quarter.
